Step 1: Set goals with the greatest positive impact
We are often pulled in so many directions that it can be difficult to achieve even a small goal. To prioritize your goals, look at areas of your life such as family, health, career, finances, and leisure activities. Then decide which goals in each area will truly motivate you and have the most positive impact on your life.
In his book “The Flight Plan,” targeting expert Brian Tracy talks about his guaranteed formula for achieving goals. He says you should write down ten goals and pick from the list the one that will have the greatest positive impact on your life.
