Steps to update phone number in Aadhaar card
The first thing to mention is that this process cannot be done online and you will need to visit your nearest Aadhaar Centre to update.
Visit a permanent registration center near your location.
There, you need to fill in the Aadhaar Update or Correction Form.
Check again before sending the form to the Aadhaar committee in the centre.
You need to pay a fee of Rs 50 for the service of the update request number (often called URN) used by the center.
This URN can be used to check the status of your application.
After that, your mobile number will be updated in the UIDAI database, but this may take up to 90 days.
