1/2 teaspoon chili flakes, salt to taste, 1/2 cup pure tomato, 1 teaspoon of white ginger-bawang, black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon powder coriander, 1/2 tsp Cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon Kasoori methi, 2 teaspoon leaves coriander, 1/2 cup of water for sauce.

Add butter to the kettle and add the ginger garlic paste together with pure tomatoes, and 2 cupling black pepper. Mix well and activate the kettle. Let the mixture cooked until the smell of raw garlic disappears.Next, add all the spices in it together with water and cook the sauce for 2 minutes. To make it more criminal, you can also add 1/4 cup of milk or a little fresh cream in it. Meanwhile, cut the paneer into a cube.After the sauce is finished, add the paneer cube and cook for 2-3 minutes. The Masala Paneer is ready to be served.
