Pro Kabaddi League 2022 to start on THIS date, THESE cities to host season 9

The ninth season of the Professional Kabaddi League (PKL) will begin on October 7 and run until mid-December, league organizer Marshal Sports said on Friday. They also added that the league stages of the league will be held in Bengaluru, Pune and Hyderabad. Big Bondi KC will play as defending champions after winning their eighth season in the PKL, their first title, while Patna Buccaneers are runners-up.


“Mashal Sports started the Pro Kabaddi League journey with a vision to bring Kabaddi homegrown sports to the world of current and future generations of sports fans. Goswami added that the league’s ninth season will allow fans into stadiums in all three host cities. The eighth season of PKL took place entirely at the Sheraton Grand Hotel and Convention Centre in Whitefield, Bengaluru.

League organisers said more details and schedule for the PKL’s ninth season will be announced in the coming weeks.
